VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Indian Operations of VAM Systems) is a 360 degree Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.
VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for a Vice President for our Indian Operations who can handle both our VAM Systems and VINIRMA operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions.
Skill Set required:
•Professional qualification in MBA/Engineering/CA.
•Should have minimum of 18-20 years of experience in IT field.
•Should have extensively worked with IT software companies and have ability to communicate and lead the team members of a given organisation.
•Proven track record in working with small to mid-size companies.
•Sophisticated business acumen; confident and comfortable in high-level business conversations.
•Strong communication, presentation – and listening – skills; a comfortable and clear communicator face-to-face, via the written word, and by phone.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinker.
•Cultivate lists of opportunities – and get appointments!
•Generate proposals and forecast project cost and develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s goals
•Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
•Manage the teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
